If you are in the European Economic Area, the data protection law (GDPR) grants you specific rights regarding your data. The boutique honours them in full.

You have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies and delete your account along with order history if it is no longer needed.

You have the right to restrict processing, object to it and receive your data in a portable format. To do so write to shop@proffmusic.shop — the request is fulfilled within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

Data is kept only as long as needed for the boutique to work: while the account lives or while the law requires keeping purchase records.
