Terms of Sale of Digital Goods

A purchase in the boutique is the transfer of a digital good: the audio file and a perpetual license for its use, as described on the 'License' page.

After payment you receive a download link. The link is valid for a limited time and is available in your profile — save the file once received.

Digital goods are not subject to return after download, as is proper for sound you have already received. If the file is corrupted or the purchase was not delivered — write to the creator, and he will make it right personally.

Use of the track is governed by the license: you purchase the right to apply the music in your projects, not to resell it as a standalone product.

Payment is processed by the payment service; the boutique does not store payment data. Prices are shown in the catalog and may change, but the price of your order is fixed at the moment of payment.
